The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. 

There is a sitting room/bedroom with floor to ceiling windows, providing spectacular views across Plymouth Sound and the local countryside.  There is a king size bed with quilt and linen provided.  Ample storage is available, both hanging and drawers.

The large en-suite bathroom comes complete with spa bath, (large enough for two) hand wash basin and WC.

The kitchen is fully fitted and comes complete with fridge, hob, and combination oven.
