The accommodation is furnished and equipped in the New England style.  The apartment is generously proportioned and is ideal for a couple but would easily accommodate one or two young children.

There is a sitting room with two sofas, one of which is a double bed sofa.  To the front of the kitchen is a covered external sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the views across Plymouth Sound and the local countryside.  The bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite shower room and toilet. 

The kitchen is fully fitted and comes complete with fridge, hob, microwave and oven.
